WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. IF YOU ABSOUTELY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE IT ON THE WEBSITE AND ON THE PAYPAL SCREEN AFTER YOU ENTER YOUR CARD INFORMATION, IF NOT IT WILL GET SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS!

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 1  Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed before 1pm Central Time on a Business day. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 1-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 1-7 Business days depending on your location. 

All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday ( sometimes on Saturdays)  

 Kanivi hair will not be responsible if  you do not sign for your package , or if someone else signs  for the package (this is why we ask all customers to track their orders ) 

 

 If your package is stolen , please contact USPS . ( kanivi hair pays for all customers to have a signature confirmation, USPS is responsible for all signature delivery . NOT kanivi Hair )     


2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 2 hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact us at kanivihair@gmail.com



3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.



4. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

we are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair, because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions .

You must contact us first before refunding your package at kanivihair@gmail.com During Business Hours  within the seven (7) day return period. All Kanivi Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the kanivi hair seal on the bundle has been broken!



5. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions wasn't opened  Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs. Paypal has a refund fee based on your order . 



6. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Kanivi hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Kanivi hair  will not be responsible for lost returns. .
