1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

free shipping takes 1-3 days Normally , please order 5 day ahead of your hair appointment, 
All Packages Delivery is with USPS or a kanivihair driver . 

 

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at kanivihair@gmail.com

Return Policy

 

May I return my order?

PLEASE NOTE PAYPAL CHARGES A REFUND FEE WE CANT VOID 

this cancellation fee is based on your order total.  

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
 
 

You PLEASE email so we can always help you asap  kanivihair@gmail.com . All kaniviHair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the kanivihair seal on the bundle has been broken

5. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.
